HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return (photos if applicable)

We will reply with return instructions and any required details.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.


CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If applicable under your local consumer laws, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law or the item is faulty/incorrect.


FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • faulty

  • or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos.

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


RETURNS TO SENDER / UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us (for example due to an incorrect address or not being collected), we may:

  • Reship the order (customer covers reshipping costs), or

  • Issue a refund for the item price once received, minus:

    • original shipping costs

    • any return fees charged to us by the carrier


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • Customers must ensure correct address details at checkout

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
