PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high demand periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


DELIVERY ADDRESS (PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK)

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may not be able to replace or refund it.


MISSED DELIVERIES / HELD PARCELS

If a delivery attempt is missed, you may need to:

  • reschedule delivery

  • collect the parcel from your local carrier or post office

If your package is held by customs, you may be required to provide additional information or pay any applicable local fees to release it.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

We ship worldwide.

  • Import Duties: Covered by Ice Reserve

  • Taxes: Orders may be subject to local taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax), depending on your country

Taxes may be collected:

  • at checkout

  • or upon delivery by local authorities or carriers


LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order:

  • arrives damaged

  • is missing items

  • or does not arrive within the expected timeframe
